·       Partnered with the CFO and new procurement manager to stand up Greenway's procurement function from the ground up, designing an automated Excel intake template requiring documented expense and cash/AP impact, responsible owner, and either incremental value and offsetting cuts for new contracts or prior terms and cost delta for renewals
